The American Bar Association recently published an article in the Commercial & Business Litigation Section authored by Joseph Blyskal and Delaney Busch of the Hartford office. The article, titled “Maintaining Control of a Company's Social Media Accounts,” discusses the importance of creating appropriate policies governing employee use of social media, knowing who can access the information contained in the accounts and understanding the risks associated with using this technology in competitive industries.
Blyskal is senior counsel and a member of the firm’s Insurance and Bad Faith, Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Tort and Products Liability practice groups. Busch is an associate with the Insurance and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups.
