Turner is a partner with the Employment and Cannabis practice groups in the Seattle and Portland offices. She litigates in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Her employment and labor practice focuses on employers and includes a hybrid of counseling and litigation. She is an experienced litigator who has represented and defended employers in matters involving claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy, defamation, ADA, leave and benefits, breach of contract, violation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and wage and hour.
Gillette is Senior Counsel in the Seattle office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. His practice focuses on defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
