On April 4, 2018 Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani San Diego labor partner James McMullen and senior counsel Joseph Sbuttoni scored a decisive 18-7 NLRB election victory for the Las Vegas outpost for the firm's international construction-industry client against the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), and no objections were filed by the Union to the election results. Gordon & Rees's labor attorneys collaborated with Seattle partner Allen Estes to handle this labor issue for the firm's construction client.
