Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an opening for a Legal Secretary with 2+ years of experience in its Boston office.

Ideal candidate should have two or more years of experience. This is an onsite, full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer skills, particularly experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and iManage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; as well as close attention to detail. 
  • Candidates should also be comfortable multi-tasking in a team-structured setting.
  • Work independently on pleadings, discovery and motion preparation, document review, case management, research and trial support.
  • Oversee the entry, billing and client reports.
  • Experience with Chrome River, Intapp and QuickCreate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint, CompuLaw and trial presentation software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, efiling and filing procedures is a plus.
