On Wednesday, May 13, Gordon & Rees Phoenix co-managing partner Leon Silver will moderate a panel discussion at the second annual Cybersecurity Summit, taking place at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. The event is presented by the Arizona Technology Council (AZTC) and The Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance/Arizona Infragard (ACTRA). The panel, titled “Data Breach Team and Roles,” will focus on who small and mid-size companies should staff for a data breach response team. The panel will include Gail-Joon Ahn, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Arizona State University; Srinivas Mukkamala, Chief Technology Officer at CAaNES, LLC; and Kristen Rosati, attorney at Coppersmith Brockelman and imediate past president of the American Health Lawyers Association.
The Cybersecurity Summit will also feature keynote addresses by John Iannarelli, ASAC at FBI and Howard Schmidt, Retired Special Assistant to the President, Cyber Security Coordinator at Executive Office of the President, White House. A sponsor expo will showcase resources, products and services geared toward helping companies and organizations protect their Intellectual Property and customer data.
