Andrew Schindler is a Partner in the Miami office of GRSM. His practice focuses on the areas of class actions, tort & product liability, bankruptcy, construction defects, and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented individuals and organizations ranging from closely held to publicly traded. Andrew specializes in critical motion practice, including drafting and oral argument.
Andrew was born and raised in South Florida and attended Florida International University where he earned his Bachelor of Business of Administration after completing a dual degree in finance and management. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time at the University of Miami, he was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, earning his position on the Board after winning first place in the 2014 John T. Gaubutz Moot Court Competition. He served as the Board’s 2015-2016 Executive Vice President. Andrew subsequently won first place at the 2015 Emory law Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review whereupon he served as the Executive Managing Editor and had his article selected for publication in the Law Review’s Volume V. Andrew also interned with the Honorable Kevin Emas at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
