Christopher T. Beck is a Partner in the Miami office of GRSM and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Commercial Litigation, and Construction practice groups.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Christopher earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology and society and his Minor in science and technology studies from Cornell University, where he was named to the Dean’s List for excellence in scholarship. Following his graduation, Christopher moved to Australia before returning to the United States to attend law school at the University of Florida, where he was again named to the Dean’s List. An excellent oralist, Christopher was one of four first-year students selected for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and the highest scoring oralist. He was also selected for the UF Moot Court team, where he was awarded a Certificate for Academic Excellence, Achievements in Appellate Advocacy, and Service. Christopher won both of his Trial Practice competitions and his Appellate Advocacy competition, achieving two out of three perfect scores for oral argument. He was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the International Law Society, and the John Marshall Bar Association, and obtained two judicial internships for the Eighth Judicial Circuit. He also did a significant amount of volunteer work for indigent members of the community at a local legal services firm. Christopher received his Juris Doctor and passed the Florida Bar exam in 2015. He is also admitted to federal practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida.

He has won numerous summary judgments and dismissals with prejudice and has saved his clients hundreds of millions of dollars in negotiated settlements.
