David Kincaid is an associate in the Seattle and Florida offices of GRSM. He is a member of the insurance, real estate and consumer protection practice groups. David routinely handles auto insurance glass litigation at GRSM.
Prior to joining GRSM, David practiced timeshare, consumer protection, and real property law. He was the lead Florida counsel for a Seattle law firm where he represented consumers in litigation and arbitration for timeshare disputes, including securing a global settlement as Plaintiff’s lawyer against a national timeshare developer. David also practiced real estate law where he defended client’s property interests.
