Le’Ron Byrd is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Le'Ron focuses his practice on civil disputes for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individual clients in state court, federal court, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings throughout the State of North Carolina. Le'Ron also handles professional liability matters, including defense of healthcare providers, insurance agents and brokers, and attorneys. Le'Ron also regularly represents design professionals in construction defect and delay claims.

Before joining GRSM, Le'Ron spent his first three years as an attorney at a commercial litigation firm in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, handling a vast variety of complex commercial litigation matters for large corporate clients. While attending Wake Forest Law School, he was a member of the school’s National Trial Team which went on to win the 2018 TYLA National Trial Competition (NTC).

Le'Ron is an active member of the State Bar of North Carolina and Orange County Bar Association.
