Robert K. Tucker II is a civil trial lawyer who focuses his practice on the defense of general and commercial litigation claims, as well as labor and employment, and consumer protection matters. He represents a wide array of clients including individuals, businesses, national and regional insurers and large self-insured companies in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. With substantial litigation experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides, he brings a unique perspective on cases, which is an asset in obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining GRSM, Robert worked for several prominent national law firms. He was also the statewide managing attorney for the personal injury department in a Tampa, Florida based plaintiff's trial and class action firm. Earlier in his career and before relocating to Tampa, Florida, he worked as an associate attorney in South Florida, handling an array of insurance defense matters, and while in law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James W. Whatley, Florida Second District Court of Appeal located in Tampa, Florida.
