Terron Clark is an experienced employment attorney who has extensive experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims, non-competition agreements, and employment contracts. From inception through trial, Terron provides strong representation in both state and federal courts. He also counsels employers and their in-house legal teams on creating employee handbooks and developing policies to ensure compliance with complex employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.
In addition to employment law, Terron’s practice includes commercial litigation. He represents businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, in disputes involving corporate fraud, breach of contract, products liability, white-collar crime, zoning, and copyright infringement. He also defends contractors against negligence and faulty workmanship claims.
