The panel will discuss utilizing technology while working from home, management style modifications to support a remote environment, working remotely with clients, how to assist employees in a comfortable transition back into the office and managing associated employee concerns. The panel will also address possible long term effects of COVID-19 on law firms and the legal field in general.

Holvick is a partner in the Employment and Retail & Hospitality practice groups of Gordon & Rees. She is an experienced trial attorney with expertise in handling employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also regularly handles lawsuits involving class action “wage and hour” violations and PAGA claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, she regularly provides advice and counseling, drafts employee handbooks, conducts harassment and management training sessions, and performs workplace investigations.
