Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani San Francisco partner Marie Trimble Holvick will serve as a panelist for “Managing a Law Firm in a Remote Environment: A Conversation with Managing Partners and Shareholders from the Country’s Top Firms,” presented by U.S. Legal Support on Wednesday, June 23.
Holvick along with other managing partners and principals will share how their individual firms successfully navigated the transition to a remote work environment, implemented and leveraged new technologies to improve communication and collaboration and shifted management styles in response to the pandemic. Holvick along with her co-presenters will discuss how they overcame challenges and highlight key takeaways that will remain in practice post-COVID and provide insight into what they believe the future holds for the legal industry.
Holvick is a partner in the Employment and Retail & Hospitality practice groups and is an experienced trial attorney with expertise in handling employment matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Holvick also regularly handles lawsuits involving class action “wage and hour” violations and PAGA claims. In addition to her litigation practice, she provides advice and counseling, drafts employee handbooks, conducts harassment and management training sessions, and performs workplace investigations.
