Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani New York Partners Frank Giambalvo and David Grech have been selected as co-chairs and featured presenters for the Third Annual Wage & Hour ExecuSummit Conference.
Giambalvo will present for a session entitled, “Hybrid Claim” – Wage/Hour + Some Form of Employment Discrimination/Retaliation," and Giambalvo and Richard Sui, an associate in the New York Office’s Employment Practice Group, will present "Recent Surge in Manual Labor Cases in New York" on Tuesday, November 1.
