Spokane-based attorney Brittney Adams will present for the National Business Institute's ("NBI") live webinar entitled "Montana Employment Law: Hiring, Firing, and Disciplining Employees” to be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 2:45 p.m. Mountain Time.
This program focuses on Montana-specific employment law issues, including updates to Montana’s “for cause” termination statute, retaliation claims, defensive documentation, and intermittent leave considerations.
Ms. Adams is an Associate licensed in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. She has extensive experience responding to employment administrative charges brought against employers by both state and federal agencies. Ms. Adams is also experienced in providing practical advice to employers regarding non-litigation employment matters, leading workplace training, and conducting workplace investigations.
