Margaret L. Boehmer is a partner in the Denver office and a member of the firm’s Health Care, Health Care – Regulatory and Transactional, and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. She represents healthcare providers in litigation disputes and regulatory matters, including professional liability, personal injury, fraud and abuse, employment disputes, and disciplinary actions. She is experienced in navigating privacy and data security matters and advising on compliance with applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA, HITECH and 42 CFR Part 2.
Matthew J. Broderick is a partner in the Denver office. He is a trial attorney with a focus on health care and professional liability litigation, including medical malpractice and legal malpractice. He also has experience defending actions concerning employment disputes, civil rights and municipality actions, auto products cases, and consumer protection claims. Mr. Broderick has an active state and federal court practice, and he often advocates on behalf at his clients at hearings and trial.
Judith A. Cregan is a partner in the Sacramento office, admitted to practice in California, New Mexico and Washington. She practices in the Employment Law Group, the Maritime Group, and the Indian Law Group. She defends clients in litigation, and provides advice and counsel on matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, PAGA claims, business disputes, tribal gaming and jurisdictional, and ICWA claims, and seaman and longshoreman personal injury claims and vessel accidents. She has a MBA, and brings a business-centered approach for her clients.
Christopher C. Enger is a partner in firm's St. Louis office. He handles a wide range of litigation, including matters involving product and premise liability, as well as employment and transportation law. His focus is primarily defending corporations in matters involving toxic tort and environmental litigation arising from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death involving exposures to asbestos, benzene, and other various chemicals. He also defends corporations in various employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and whistleblower actions.
Evan A. Gelacek is a partner in the Pittsburgh office. He focuses his practice in business transactions including mergers and acquisitions and representation of businesses in various stages. He regularly represents private investment vehicles including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture funds in various matters from organization and ongoing management to acquisitions and divestitures, as well as individual investors and family offices.
Brittany L. Primavera is a partner working in the New York City office of Gordon & Rees with the employment litigation group. She provides employment defense counseling and litigation services for clients in a wide variety of industries and professions, including Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, financial institutions and law firms. She has developed a reputation for being a zealous court room advocate on behalf of her clients. She has presented oral argument before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, among other courts, in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, civil rights issues, contractual disputes and corporate transactions.
James F. Regan is a partner in the New York office and a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. He represents manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of various consumer products in claims and actions across the country involving allegations of property damage and personal injuries. Mr. Regan understands the extensive work and pride manufacturers take in developing products, and the risks of litigation posed to his clients. He works diligently to resolve cases efficiently and effectively, including several pre-litigation resolutions.
Joseph T. Rivera Jr. is a partner in the New York office and a member of the Product & General Liability practice group with extensive experience in product liability, special education and criminal litigation. He serves as a board member for various bar associations and legal affinity groups, including the Tufts Lawyers Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, and La Unidad Latina Law Guild. Mr. Rivera also works as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at his alma mater, Fordham University Law School. As a litigator, he has negotiated numerous favorable outcomes for his clients and achieved favorable verdicts through both bench and jury trials.
