Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes back Brendan P. Bradley as a Partner in the firm's San Francisco office. He strengthens the Construction practice group, deepening the firm's bench in Northern California.
He is the fifth partner to rejoin the firm this year. He has over 19 years of construction and commercial litigation experience, including litigating matters involving defective construction, delay, disruption, inefficiency, professional negligence, and complex matters related to breach of contract and corporate governance.

He has represented businesses and individuals including developers, general contractors and design professionals, as well as software and investment companies, in numerous related matters. His experience includes trying multiple cases to jury verdict and resolving numerous claims at mediation. He has successfully defended developers and design professionals in claims involving wildfires and numerous matters related to the construction of hospitals, schools, and public transit facilities.
His current focus is on representing contractors, developers, and design professionals on large-scale commercial, residential, and public works projects.
He is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for California's Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts. He earned his law degree from the Santa Clara School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
