Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Sarah Collins as a Partner in the firm's Rapid City office, strengthening the Intellectual Property practice group.
Before joining the firm, she served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, acting as lead counsel in more than 160 trials before state and federal courts in various case types, including violent crimes in Indian country, child internet exploitation, firearms offenses, and white-collar crimes. She has experience applying the Federal Rules of Evidence and Criminal Procedure, particularly in Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.

She is admitted to practice in South Dakota, the U.S. District Court, the District of South Dakota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. She earned her law degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
