Ryan joins the New York office as a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Ryan earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from Yeshiva College.
Daniel joins the Minneapolis office as a member of the Employment Law, Professional Liability Defense, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He has extensive experience litigating a broad range of commercial issues, including contract disputes, secured transactions, statutory violations, and commercial torts. He also has a broad range of experience litigating employment claims. Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
David joins the Nashville office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights practice groups. He represents clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including contract disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation issues, business torts and fraud, and real estate and construction disputes. He also represents clients in bankruptcies as corporate debtors’ counsel and creditors’ counsel. He helps his clients stay informed and focused throughout the legal proceedings. He also works with his clients to resolve disputes before litigation or bankruptcy becomes necessary. David earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Alleli joins the Irvine office as a member of the Professional Liability Defense and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. She has represented clients in the litigation of environmental/toxic tort cases, personal injury cases involving auto, premises and government liability, as well as litigation of cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Alleli is experienced in all phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and has participated in trial as second chair trial attorney. Alleli earned her J.D. from Western State College of Law and her B.A. from California State University, Northridge.
Erin joins the Nashville office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Erin earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her B.S. from Johns Hopkins University.
Kelly joins the Spokane office as a member of the Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Defense, and Employment Law practice groups. She is an experienced and tenacious litigator who practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment law, education law, and other related litigation matters. She defends against class actions, single-plaintiff lawsuits and administrative charges. She regularly advises and presents trainings for employers and educational institutions on compliance with employment and education laws. Kelly earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.A. from Gonzaga University.
Jacquelyne joins the Nashville office as a member of the Construction and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Jacquelyne earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from Boston University College of Arts and Sciences.
Robin joins the Houston office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. Robin earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and her B.A. from Brooklyn College.
Roger joins the San Diego office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He is a proven trial attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts and is a seasoned advocate willing to work with clients every step of the way to achieve their goals. Having tried more than fifty jury and courtroom trials, Roger’s counsel provides clients with insightful perspective practical to their own needs. His experience representing clients across California includes a wide range of disputes from real property, construction, and insurance to business, bankruptcy, commercial law, and probate. Roger earned his J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Jason joins the San Diego office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. He represents companies in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, in employment and commercial litigation matters. He has practiced throughout California in both state and Federal courts, and is admitted to all California Federal Courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit. Jason has experience litigating a wide range of matters, including single-plaintiff, class-action, and PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims. He also advises companies regarding best practices. Jason earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
John joins the Denver office as a member of the Insurance practice group. He has obtained defense verdicts in first and third party insurance litigation and taken cases to trial in areas including automobile accidents, premises liability, ski collisions, products liability, real estate disputes, and construction schedule delays. John is experienced in all stages of litigation, having successfully represented clients ranging from children to large corporate entities in arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials in both Colorado state and federal court. John earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Iowa.
Tyrik joins the New York office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He began his career representing Fortune 500 manufacturers in toxic tort and products liability cases in New York State. Later, he was an associate at a national AM 200 insurance defense firm where he defended Fortune 500 businesses, construction managers, owners, developers, general contractors, and trade contractors in property damage, personal injury, general liability and casualty claims involving property damage, NY Labor Law construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, toxic torts, and general premises liability. Tyrik earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from Stony Brook University.
Thomas joins the Des Moines office as a member of the Drug & Medical Device practice group. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers who works inside and outside the courtroom to help clients manage, mitigate and resolve product liability and professional negligence disputes. He is a formidable first-chair product liability litigator. He has gone to jury trial 18 times as lead counsel. He has also served as lead counsel in five different evidentiary hearings in federal district court. Before the Iowa Supreme Court and Iowa Court of Appeals, Thomas has appeared seven times. Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.A. from Iowa State University.
Shannon joins the Alexandria office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Shannon earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. from Georgia College and State University.
Michael joins the Irvine office as a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Michael earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and his B.A. from The George Washington University.
Nicole joins the Alexandria office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She represents clients in complex matters, such as wrongful termination claims, consumer protection litigation, and contractual disputes. Before joining the firm, Nicole was an Attorney-Advisor for the Transportation Security Administration. During this time, she worked within the Employment, Labor, and Civil Rights Policy Group, drafting national-level employment policy and advising on Equal Employment Opportunity and whistleblower investigations. Nicole earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Villanova University.
Harrison joins the San Diego office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He has experience representing clients at Federal Court hearings, deposing opposing party witnesses for trial preservation throughout the country, defending and cross-examining expert witnesses at deposition, and successfully negotiating and settling cases. He also has experience defending and advising clients in land use and employment law disputes. Harrison has extensive experience in asbestos litigation. Harrison earned his J.D. from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University and his B.A. from Presbyterian College.
Paul joins the Miami office as a member of the Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Paul represented individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts focusing on business and complex commercial disputes, with experience including class actions. His prior experience also includes representing individuals and corporations charged with state and federal criminal offenses, emphasizing on white collar criminal matters, with all aspects of government investigations, trial, and appellate representation. Paul earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Brett joins the San Diego office as a member of the Employment Law practice group. Brett earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.S. from Brigham Young University.
Jeffrey joins the Dallas office as a member of the Employment Law, Professional Liability Defense, and Product & General Liability practice groups. Jeffrey earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
