Class Action Defense is one of GRSM's premier practices. The firm has a national reputation for its expertise in defeating class certification motions and resolving complex litigation. GRSM's class action work is further differentiated by the fact that we are trial lawyers with an extensive track record of actual and frequent jury trial experience that few class action defense firms offer. Less than 2% of all class actions go to trial. Our class action group has tried several in the past five years. Many firms have a few litigators with periodic trial experience, but GRSM has a deep bench of trial lawyers with extensive first chair trial experience, with excellent results at the trial and appellate levels.
