GRSM was founded in San Francisco in 1974, and the firm's first office has rapidly grown to more than 120 lawyers. What began as a small general practice law firm has quickly become among the 10 largest in San Francisco and the 25 largest in the nation. Today, the firm's two Northern California offices are recognized as having premier practices in Insurance, Construction, Employment, Health Care, Drug & Medical Device, Environmental/ Toxic Tort, Commercial Litigation, Tort & Product Liability, Intellectual Property, and Business Transactions.
